M+R has developed an innovative and hybrid work environment for Numidia's headquarters in Herten (Roermond). The expansion includes a new 1,250 m² building section, designed by Janssen Wuts architects, seamlessly connected to the existing headquarters via a transparent walkway.
Our design reflects Numidia's unique identity, incorporating a green environment that features breakout spaces for collaboration, informal meetings, and relaxation. This new space enhances the functionality and aesthetics of the headquarters, promoting a modern and efficient work atmosphere.
In alignment with Numidia's strong commitment to sustainability, the new development adheres to rigorous environmental standards. Numidia's environmental management system is ISO 14001:2015 certified, and since 2020, they have also met the CO2 Reduction Management standard, reinforcing their dedication to continuous environmental improvement.
The new building is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of this year.
